General Terms

All products sold by Butterflyaustralia.com (Ariston Table Tennis Sales) are brand new (unless otherwise stated) and authentic. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Ariston Table Tennis Sales within 72 hours upon receipt. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from Butterflyaustralia.com (Ariston Table Tennis Sales) acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

Refunds and returns

Refunds may be accepted at the sole discretion of Ariston Table Tennis Sales if the item is still considered to be in new and unused condition. In order to receive a refund, the item must first be returned to Ariston Table Tennis Sales by the purchaser. Any costs associated with the return of goods will be arranged by the purchaser. A credit or refund may then be applied once the item is received and inspected by Ariston Table Tennis Sales  and deemed to be (a) Undamaged (b) Unused and (c) In the same condition as it was prior to being shipped.
